Approximately 1,750 m2 where the grapes, without haste, become wine. Temperature and light of all the rooms in the cellar have been studied with great care, creating the ideal environment for each transformation phase. At the Biodinamica Mara Estate the vines grow accompanied by classical music: strings, winds and musical chords spread in the air and embrace the plants that thrive among the harmonies of Mozart, as in a boundless concert hall. Works of art are in perfect harmony in the natural landscape of Tenuta Mara, in an unparalleled artistic path en plein air: to welcome guests, but also to watch over the entrance of the Estate, is the arch of the round of Besana by Mauro Staccioli, created on the occasion of the Milanese exhibition Besana '80.

The olive oil produced in Emilia Romagna is of high quality, two extra virgin olive oils DOP (Brisighella DOP and Colline di Romagna DOP) from native varieties and mainly from Coreggiolo (at least 60%), a plant with seeds bearing pendulous with the foliage expanded and medium thick. It has a high vigor and its leaves are pale green with an elliptic-ovoidal shape and from the local of Brisighella, an olive tree with a high vigor and an ascending habit, with a thick and thick crown.
